28 year old patient with congenital breast size and shape asymmetry who underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Moderate Plus Profile saline implants. On her right side, she has a 295cc breast implant in the sub-pectoral position and a vertical incision only breast lift (lollipop breast lift). For her left breast she has a 450cc saline implant in the sub-pectoral position via a periareolar incision with a small periareolar lift to achieve a 36 full D-cup breast size that she desired.
