Breast Asymmetry Correction Case #5498

30 year old patient with congenital breast size asymmetry by a cup size difference. She elected to undergo autologous fat grafting to the left breast for improved size and shape symmetry instead of placing a breast implant. She underwent liposuction and lipocontouring of her midsection and back as the fat donor sites to the left breast to achieve the current symmetry after one surgery. She fits well in a 34C cup bra and is pleased to maintain her thinner figure after the liposuction of her torso, back and abdomen.
