IMPLANTS: LEFT: 400CC, RIGHT: 375CC HIGH PROFILE SILICONE 

27 year old patient with breast size and shape asymmetry who underwent periareolar approach sub pectoral or dual plane placement of breast implants using 375cc high profile silicone gel breast implant on her right (the larger breast side) and a 400cc high profile silicone gel breast implant on her left with a right breast periareolar lift to remove some of the excess skin at her right side for the current breast symmetry. She was augmented from a pre op 32 A-B cup to a 32 full D cup as per her desired size and shape with an improved breast symmetry.
