44 yo 4′ 11″ 115 Lbs with significant breast volume loss 32 B cup, desired breast augmentation and a lift. Patient underwent periareolar approach, subpectoral saline moderate plus profile implants 270cc filled to 300. Post Op Bra 32 D.
