26 year old patient with breast shape and size asymmetry for which she underwent dual plane breast augmentation with periareolar lift. To improve her breast symmetry, she has a 470cc High Profile silicone gel implant at her left breast and a 505cc High Profile silicone gel implant at her right. She is currently a 36 full C cup versus her original A to B cup.
