A 28-year-old male with bilateral subpectoral cosmetic pectoral implants was referred for explantation due to discomfort and dissatisfaction with implant size and appearance and feel of his chest. A trans axillary endoscopic explant was performed using the original axillary incisions. The implants chosen by the previous plastic surgeon were indeed excessively large in all dimensions for his chest frame.
