Breast Explant Case #5659

49 year old patient who desired removal of her breast implants, she felt they were heavy and sagging. The implants were 350cc silicone smooth round breast implants, they were intact and placed in the correct subpectoral, dual plane pocket with minimal encapsulation. She underwent the explantation with a vertical breast (lollipop) lift with a short horizontal component and 250cc of fat grafting to the medial and upper breast regions (upper breast poles) to achieve her desired breast size and shape and in better proportion with her body.
