47 year old patient who is 5’ 6” and 170Lbs with 38 EE size breasts with mild size asymmetry – underwent a Vertical Incision only or a “lollipop” breast reduction. Note the preoperative markings for a Vertical Incision only, medial breast pedicle, breast reduction for macromastia to achieve her desired 38 C cup symmetrical breast size with an attractive breast projection.
