Breast Reduction Case #5686

45 year old patient with gigantomastia who underwent breast reduction using a Wise skin pattern with central and inferior pedicle technique preserving the nipple areolar complex. She was carrying a heavy set of 38 G size breasts; the after photos are six months post breast reduction to a 38 D cup maintaining the desired proportions that match her body as well as the functional relief from the pulling and staining pain at her shoulders, neck and back.
