Breast Revision Case #3951

53 year old patient who had previous breast augmentation and had developed double-bubble deformity with descent of the implant below her natural breast fold. She underwent revision of the breast augmentation with internal pocket adjustments and vertical breast or lollipop breast lift and exchange of her existing implants to 325cc silicone gel-filled full profile implants resulting in a 36 full C cup breasts.
