Breast Case #4144

28 year old patient with congenital breast size asymmetry with a smaller left breast and a larger right breast who had previously undergone a left breast augmentation with a 280cc saline implant in the sub-glandular position with a symmetrizing right breast reduction. She was referred to me for corrective breast surgery as her left breast sub-glandular implant had encapsulated and she desired youthful 36DD size breasts. She underwent left breast capsulectomy with sub-pectoral placement of a 560cc Moderate Plus Profile silicone gel breast implant and an 800cc High Profile silicone gel breast implant at her left side with bilateral symmetrizing vertical incision only (lollipop) breast lifts for best symmetry. She also underwent torso and lateral chest wall and axillary liposuction for improved body proportions.
