Breast Revision Case #5525

28 year old patient who underwent breast revision to correct the appearance of her previous breast augmentation. She required repair of both internal breast pockets and a periareolar breast lift at the right and a vertical incision only breast lift at her left with replacement of her previous saline implants with silicone gel high profile 375cc implants to achieve the symmetry, shape and size that she desired. In the after photos, her nipple areolar complex (NAC) appears darker because she is pregnant here and the natural increase in pigmentation of the (NAC) is due the higher blood levels of the hormones, estrogen and progesterone with pregnancy.
