54 year old patient with left breast cancer who elected to undergo bilateral skin sparing mastectomy with same time direct to implant bilateral breast reconstruction with a vertical incision only breast lift skin pattern. She later underwent bilateral nipple reconstruction and thereafter tattooing of the nipple areolar complex. She has 600cc silicone gel breast implants.
