Direct to Implant Breast Reconstruction Case #3223

46 year old patient with breast cancer who had previous cosmetic breast implants. She underwent bilateral skin and nipple sparing mastectomy via an inframammary fold incision and direct to implant breast reconstruction, sub-pectoral position using 535cc High Profile Silicone gel implants and Acellular Dermal Matrix for support. Two years later she underwent secondary fat grafting with medialization of the eccentric nipples for improved aesthetic outcome.
