Liposuction alone to treat gynecomastia. 25 yo with Grade I gynecomastia bilateral who used to tape his nipples down in embarassment, hence the hyperpigmented areas over his chest and nipples. He underwent liposuction alone to remove the excess tissue and contour his chest.
