42 year old patient who had undergone a right side modified radical mastectomy for Stage II breast cancer a year prior to her initial consultation. She underwent a single stage delayed autologous breast reconstruction with a Latissimus myocutaneous flap and direct placement of a 230cc smooth round Low Profile silicone gel breast implant for added breast projection and a symmetrizing left breast augmentation with use of a 320cc Low Plus Profile silicone gel breast implant via an inframammary incision in the dual plane position. The donor sites at her right back healed well and she was transformed from a prior 32 A cup post mastectomy to a 32 full C cup post breast reconstruction. Nipple reconstruction, should she desire will be done at a second stage followed by tattooing to match the color of her natural left nipple.
