61 year old patient who underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction of her torso, upper and lower back and arms and posterior shoulder regions. Note the improved arm contour post liposuction and good retraction of her skin given her good skin quality, its native elasticity. Residual swelling around her elbow will subside in the next six months. An arm lift is not indicated in such patients with good skin elasticity who have a moderate amount of age-related skin sagging.
