40 year old patient who had undergone CoolSculpting to his abdomen three years ago and had developed PAH (Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia). He had tried various external “laser” modalities without success. He underwent liposuction with special cannulas that in a single treatment session was able to remove the firm fatty deposit and achieve the desired contour.
