Local Flap Breast Reconstruction Case #3427

60 year old patient with left sided breast cancer who had undergone previous skin sparing mastectomy with staged expander to implant and later nipple reconstruction. She sought our practice because she was not happy with the large and heavy 550cc saline breast implants and requested removal of the implants, downsizing with fat grafting alone. She underwent bilateral breast explantation with 360 degree liposuction for fat harvesting and had 400cc of fat grafting to each side and a Wise pattern (anchor incision) breast lift for symmetry.
