56 year old patient with right side localized breast cancer for which she elected to undergo a lumpectomy and radiation. The pre op photos show the one year post irradiated breast with deficit of soft tissue post lumpectomy and irradiation along the lateral aspect of the right breast. The post op photos are one year post fat grafting with 140cc of fat to fill out the deficit along the lateral, superior and inferior aspects of the right breast with a symmetrizing left breast lollipop lift or vertical incision lift. She continues to do well and fits comfortably in a 34 C bra.
