34 year old mother of two with history of previous saline breast implants and an obliquely oriented appendectomy scar who desired a mommy makeover. She underwent exchange of the saline breast implants to 350cc high profile silicone gel breast implants with a Wise pattern skin lift and same time full abdominoplasty (excising the old appendectomy scar) and plication of her rectus diastasis due to her pregnancies and liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, upper and lower back, and waist. The after photos are a year post surgery showing an attractive hourglass body shape with an uplifted 36 full D cup breasts.
