29 year old mother of two who underwent bilateral breast augmentation with a periareolar lift and correction of mild breast size asymmetry by placing a 385cc high profile silicone gel breast implant for the right side and a 350cc high profile silicone gel breast implant for her left breast. Her mommy makeover included same time liposuction with lipocontouring of her abdomen, flanks, upper and lower back, lateral chest, axillary fat deposits and waist areas and fat grafting to her buttock cheeks. A total of 220cc of harvested fat was injected to each of her buttock cheeks. Her photos are one year post surgery; note the sustained fat grafting and hourglass body contour as well as the improved breast symmetry and fullness from a pre operative breast size of 34B to her desired 34 full D cup size.
