49 year old patient with previous history of a mini tummy tuck and bilateral breast augmentation with saline breast implants and a breast lift with severe breast capsular contracture resulting in size and shape asymmetry. She underwent a revision of her mommy makeover with a total capsulectomy and replacement of her breast implants with a 457cc moderate profile on her right and a 475cc high profile silicone gel breast implant on her left for improved breast symmetry, shape, and contour to achieve her desired 36 full D cup breast volume. At the same time she also underwent a revision breast lift and a full tummy tuck with recuts plication and liposuction of her abdomen, flanks and waist.
