52 year old patient with previous history of saline breast augmentation who desired a mommy makeover. She underwent exchange of the saline implants to 345cc moderate plus profile silicone gel breast implants with a Wise pattern breast lift and a mini abdominoplasty with liposuction of her upper and lower abdomen, flanks, upper and lower back, axillary lipodeposits and waist regions. The after photos are a year post surgery.
