18 year old male with right side affected Poland Syndrome with near complete absence of his pectoralis major muscle. He had the lateral two thirds of his clavicular attachments of the pectoral muscle but none of the sternal pectoral muscle fibers. He underwent a custom made semi solid silicone implant placement via an axillary incision. His after photo here is only a week after his surgery on the day that his drain was removed where the impression of the drain is visible on the anterior chest skin with residual post operative swelling. He traveled back home right after and has relayed great satisfaction with his chest symmetry.
