Poland Syndrome Case #2128

43 year old patient with right side affected Poland Syndrome. He had complete absence of his pectoralis major muscle associated with brachydactyly (short fingers) and smaller in size and higher position of his right nipple. He underwent a trans axillary placement of a custom made semi solid silicone implant to improve the chest asymmetry. His after photos are one year post surgery.
