40 year old female patient with right side affected Poland Syndrome. She came in for a revision of her Poland Syndrome reconstruction. In her youth she had undergone a semi solid custom-made silicone implant placement to correct the chest wall asymmetry in another state. Six years ago, she had undergone placement of a 325cc moderate plus profile silicone breast implant at the right side and a symmetrizing left breast lift elsewhere. She presented with Grade III capsular contracture of her right breast implant. She underwent an exchange to a low profile 340cc silicone gel breast implant with a correction of her internal breast pocket, leaving the original semi solid silicone chest implant intact. A revision left breast lift was also done to improve the final symmetry. Her after photos are within three weeks of her revision surgery prior to her return home.
