Poland Syndrome Case #4598
Before
After

56 year old male with right side affected Poland Syndrome, an athlete with partially underdeveloped central and inferior portions of the sternal attachments of his pectoralis major muscle. He had had previous attempts in symmetrizing procedures where tissue expander was placed underneath his upper fibers of the pectoralis major muscle to stretch the muscle and cover the lower missing area and repositioning of his nipple areolar complex to a lower position. He presented with the residual loss of volume and fullness along the lower medial, central, and lateral parts of his right chest. Due to lack of any fat donor sites we elected to improve the chest symmetry with serial injections of SCULPTRA as well as hyaluronic acid filler. In a six-year span of treatments he has received total of 18 vials of SCULPTRA (5cc of product / vial) and two syringes of Voluma XC to achieve the result in the after photos.
