Body Case #5199

31 year old patient with right side affected Poland Syndrome underwent trans axillary insertion of a custom-made semi solid silicone implant to help symmetrize the chest given otherwise his muscular chest. He also underwent gynecomastia reduction with periareolar nipple lift at his left chest. These photos are six months post-surgery. At the one year mark, we will improve the symmetry with fat grafting to the right upper chest region and along the lateral chest and axillary fold.
