31 year old patient with right side affected Poland Syndrome underwent trans axillary insertion of a custom-made semi solid silicone chest implant to help symmetrize his muscular chest. He also underwent gynecomastia reduction with periareolar nipple lift at his left chest. One year after the initial implant placement, he underwent fat grafting to strategic regions of his right chest for improved symmetry.
