42 year old muscular male with right side affected Poland Syndrome with partial absence of his right pectoralis major muscle. He underwent a custom made semi-solid silicone implant placement via a right axillary incision to achieve the chest symmetry. The post op photos are taken by the patient as he is one of our out-of-town patients who travelled here for his surgery.
