Submental liposuction and platysmal plication with anterior neck lift – chin incision only / upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. 66 yo underwent upper eyelid and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and same time neck platysmal plication and liposuction with chin incision only neck lift and tightening. Note post op improved upper and lower eyelid contours and lower lid and cheek transition as well as the improved neck contour.
