40 year old who underwent a closed septorhinoplasty with nasal septal cartilage harvest for internal airway spreader grafting to open the narrowed internal nasal airway passage ways, suspend open the nasal tip cartilages and alar rims to improve air entry and exit and correct the nasal bony cartilaginous hump.
