Rhinoplasty Case #5612

35 year old patient who had had previous hyaluronic acid-based fillers injected to her nose at a cosmetic spa to straighten the nasal profile with undesirable results. She underwent an open rhinoplasty to address the bulbous nasal tip and reduce the height of the nasal profile and required nasal alar rim cartilage grafting to correct the pinched nasal tip appearance as well as shorten the hanging columella. The after photos shown here are six months post-surgery and the result is expected to improve as nasal tip swelling continues to diminish in the ensuing months.
