58 year old patient with lipodeposits of his submental triangle as well as lateral neck. He underwent office liposuction to remove the excess fatty deposits. Note the much improved contour of the neck as well as the significant skin retraction without the need for a neck lift that can be performed should he desire in the future for even a tighter neck silhouette.
