51-year-old patient with left-sided breast cancer who elected to undergo skin-sparing mastectomy, with same time Staged Tissue Expander to Permanent Breast Implant reconstruction. She desired to have a larger final breast volume and projection than her original breasts. Her tissue expanders were placed in the subpectoral position with acellular dermal matrix for lower pole support. After completion of the expansion phase, they were replaced with 365cc High Profile silicone gel breast implants to achieve her desired 34 full C cup breast size.
