52 year old patient with right sided breast cancer who elected to undergo a bilateral skin sparing mastectomy with same time Staged Tissue Expander to Permanent Breast Implant reconstruction. Tissue expanders were placed in the subpectoral position with Acellular Dermal Matrix for support of the lower poles. During her second stage, the tissue expanders were replaced with 650cc High Profile silicone gel breast implants and had conservative amount of fat grafting to the upper poles of her breasts for better aesthetics. She was satisfied with the results and did not care to have nipples and areolae created or tattooing.
