Muscle sparing free TRAM flap / contralateral breast symmetrizing lift / creation of nipple and areolar complexes. 50 yo 5′ 2″ with left mastectomy – underwent muscle sparing left free TRAM flap as stage I breast reconstruction. After four months underwent contralateral (right) breast lift to symmetrize for size and shape and creation of the nipple and areolar complex at the reconstructed breast.
