It is a delight to welcome Ms. Ellie O’Connor to our practice. Ellie is a native Californian and she brings her warmth, love and passion in taking care of plastic and reconstructive patients. Her experience as a Patient Care Coordinator and Practice Manager encompasses 12 years in both the cosmetic and reconstructive arena of patient care in Plastic Surgery. In addition, she is an experienced licensed Aesthetician that further enriches her role in our team with her knowledge of skincare and treatments. Combining her extensive background with her compassionate patient care philosophy, Ellie exemplifies the talented Practice Manager who oversees all aspects of the practice and ensures the most positive and exceptional patient experience.
Cinthya Castro, S.T.
Front Office/Patient Coordinator
Cinthya is a surgical technician and has been in the medical field providing customer service in plastic surgery for over 10 years.
Cinthya has since retired from the operating room, permitting her to have more one on one contact with patients. Along with assisting Dr. Salibian in minor office procedures, she is the friendly voice on the phone, and at the front desk. Cinthya is a treasured and much loved part of our family.

Aesthetic Laser Specialist
Michelle is an experienced RN who loves helping people feel better about themselves. Caring for patients has been a gift that many have referred to as a calling. Michelle now brings her healing touch to assist our office with laser hair removal. An eye for detail and a skill for cosmetic beauty, Michelle provides our patients a sense of trust and caring, second to none. Her upbeat personality and lighthearted spirit is always a delight in the office.

Cherie Morgan, R.N.C., N.P.
Aesthetic Laser Specialist
Cherie Morgan has been a California Registered Nurse since 1973, and received her Nurse Practitioner license in 1982. Cherie has been performing laser and IPL treatments since 2002 and joined Cynosure, an International Laser Company in 2004.
Cherie travels to train doctors, nurses and their staff the operation and marketing of a broad range of medical, surgical and aesthetic light based technologies throughout the US and Canada. She is our expert in preforming minimal downtime CO2 laser resurfacing. Her warm and friendly demeanor is a comfort to our patients.
