34 year old patient with a history of scoliosis and morbid obesity. She had lost sixty pounds and had had an abdominoplasty as stage one of her body contouring procedures. She underwent an arm lift shown here and same time breast augmentation with lift with placement of 350cc moderate plus profile saline implants in the subpectoral position with a periareolar breast lift to achieve her desired 32 C cup breast size and natural projection.
