34-year-old patient who underwent previous surgical attempts in correction of congenital breast asymmetry. She underwent removal of the breast implants (breast explant surgery with total capsulectomy on the left) with a symmetrizing breast lift with reduction on her right and fat grafting to the left breast for an acceptable size match and outcome.
