37 year old patient with previous breast implants that were too large for her liking. She underwent downsizing of her breast implants from the 600cc Moderate Profile that had too wide a diameter for her chest wall and were replaced with 425cc High Profile silicone gel breast implants in the dual plane position. She also underwent a bilateral periareolar breast lift as well as an internal breast pocket lift and tightening to achieve the final result, a 36D cup as she had originally desired.
