49 year old patient with Locally Advanced Right Breast Cancer who had elected to undergo a bilateral mastectomy and required post mastectomy radiation to her right chest wall. Note post radiation changes to her right chest wall skin with significant soft tissue fibrosis. She underwent delayed bilateral latissimus flap breast reconstruction with staged tissue expander to permanent implant placement. During her Second Stage, she underwent exchange of the Tissue Expanders to 450cc High Profile silicone gel Breast Implants and Fat Grafting to the upper poles of the reconstructed breasts. She did not elect to undergo nipple reconstruction or tattooing.
