70 year old patient who had undergone a previous breast “conservation” treatment for a small, low grade, left breast cancer with a lumpectomy and radiation with the resultant fibrotic, discolored, burnt and deformed appearing residual “breast.” She underwent a single stage left breast reconstruction with an extended latissimus myocutaneous flap at the time of her completion mastectomy and debridement of fibrotic chest wall tissues and a right breast reduction for improved symmetry and balance.
