Mommy Makeover Case #4953

32 year old patient after massive weight loss underwent a Mommy Makeover that included a Wise pattern bilateral breast lift and placement of 350cc Moderate Plus Profile Silicone gel breast implants in the subpectoral, dual plane position and a full abdominoplasty with layered repair of diastasis recti. Of note she has naturally a very wide gap in between her breasts with a significant convexity of her rib cage. She did not want to have breasts that were larger than an uplifted C cup. Although in these photos, the breasts still appear to be too far apart, however, in a 36C cup bra, the gap is smaller with an attractive cleavage that she lacked prior to her Mommy Makeover.
