32 year old patient with left side affected Poland Syndrome who had undergone fat grafting in India for an attempt in correction of the chest asymmetry. He underwent custom made silicone implant placement to improve his chest symmetry via an axillary incision and at the same time liposuction of his right lateral chest and fat grafting to his left axillary fold region. Note that in the after photos the patient had gained some weight and the left chest appears fuller three years post-surgery, otherwise the chest asymmetry has improved compared to his initial presentation.
