64 year old patient with left side affected Poland Syndrome. She underwent placement of a 485cc Moderate Profile Silicone Gel Breast Implant as well as Fat Grafting along her lateral breast axillary tail region and upper and medial areas of her left breast with a total of 265cc of autologous fat. A right breast vertical incision only lift and breast augmentation with a 220cc Low Profile Silicone Gel Breast Implant was used for improved symmetry and appearance.
