62 year old patient with right breast cancer underwent staged reconstruction: tissue expander placement at time of skin-sparing mastectomy, later replaced by a permanent 580cc silicone gel breast implant in the retro pectoral position supported by human acellular dermal matrix. A left breast lift was performed for symmetry. She declined nipple reconstruction and was satisfied with the natural shape and results.
