Unilateral latissimus flap with saline implant / contralateral (left) breast symmetrizing lift.
58 yo 5′ 8″ underwent right mastectomy with same time reconstruction with right latissimus flap with 375cc saline implant for projection and contour and same time contralateral (left) breast symmetrizing lift. Patient had second stage creation of new nipple – pending tattooing to match color of her native contralateral nipple and areolar complex. Note symmetry in shape and size with her native left breast.
