Bilateral breast reconstruction – right delayed reconstruction post previous mastectomy with free TRAM flap and left breast mastectomy and same time latissimus flap with saline implant breast reconstruction / nipple creation / tattooing.
50 yo 5′ 6″ had previous right mastectomy underwent left mastectomy and same time bilateral breast reconstruction. Patient desired larger volume breast reconstructions than her native size hence she underwent right free muscle sparing TRAM flap reconstruction – note the larger size volume and skin paddle from her abdomen to create a full D cup size reconstruction and latissimus flap with saline implant fill volume 225cc moderate profile to give adequate symmetry, “D” cup volume and contour. Second stage she underwent nipple creation and tattooing of the bilateral neo nipple and areolar complexes.
